The puzzle image presents a beautiful summers day in the park gardens, so perfect it would be rude not to enjoy this nice weather You can find friends taking a stroll on their horses through the stunning greenery, as well as furry friends all in one image. This picturesque 1,000 piece jigsaw puzzle has been illustrated by the very talented artist –Anne Searle. The finished size of the 1,000 piece puzzle measures 68 x 49cm (approximately) and has been produced using a high quality cardboard to ensure every jigsaw piece maintains its original shape time and time again. Today’s Falcon de luxe puzzles are designed and crafted with the same passion for excellence that we have always had. They celebrate Falcon’s distinctive brand values of heritage and innovation. We choose only the most suitable illustrations for our jigsaws. We die-cut each jigsaw piece carefully, so when the jigsaw is completed, it looks more like a poster than a puzzle. Please note that a few special furniture products require a slightly longer delivery time and you will be informed by e-mail of the alternative delivery date. These items may also incur an additional delivery charge, of which you will be notified by e-mail, before the order is processed.

For orders of €60 and over in value: Delivery is FREE OF CHARGE

For orders under €60 in value: Delivery will cost €5.00(Both charges exclude VAT).

EU & UK

Minimum delivery charge is €16.99.

International 

We can ship most of our products internationally for an additional shipping fee. If you would like us to provide a shipping quote, please email us at sales@stakelumstore.com with a list of the product(s) you are interested in and your full shipping address. We will reply within 24 hours Monday through Friday with your shipping quote!

Returns

We will happily refund or exchange any item purchased from www.stakelumstore.com

We reserve the right to charge a returns handling fee.

All goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging.

Please notify us within 14 days should you wish to return any item(s) we have supplied. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount.

Furniture Delivery 

Please be aware that all furniture comes assembled for customers. Our expert team can assemble on site or deliver fully assembled. A member of the sales team will be in contact to organise delivery with you within 48 hours of your purchase. There is no extra charge for assembly however delivery of furniture takes 7- 9 working days

Backorders

Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on backorder; you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date.

Should we receive no response from our e-mail we will assume that you wish to accept the goods on the date as specified.

If the delivery date is unacceptable please respond to our e-mail and we will cancel the backorder and either credit your credit card or, if you are an account customer, you will not be invoiced.
