Description:

Children can create small, simple marble runs or more complex structures with the colorful slot-together plastic pieces. The marbles will disappear inside the columns, roll down the chutes, through the paddle wheel and around the roundabout. We can ship most of our products internationally for an additional shipping fee. If you would like us to provide a shipping quote, please email us at sales@stakelumstore.com with a list of the product(s) you are interested in and your full shipping address. We will reply within 24 hours Monday through Friday with your shipping quote!

Returns

We will happily refund or exchange any item purchased from www.stakelumstore.com

We reserve the right to charge a returns handling fee.

All goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging.

Please notify us within 14 days should you wish to return any item(s) we have supplied. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount.

Furniture Delivery 

Please be aware that all furniture comes assembled for customers. Our expert team can assemble on site or deliver fully assembled. A member of the sales team will be in contact to organise delivery with you within 48 hours of your purchase. There is no extra charge for assembly however delivery of furniture takes 7- 9 working days

Backorders

Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on backorder; you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date.

Should we receive no response from our e-mail we will assume that you wish to accept the goods on the date as specified.

If the delivery date is unacceptable please respond to our e-mail and we will cancel the backorder and either credit your credit card or, if you are an account customer, you will not be invoiced.
