Click & Collect
Customers can choose to collect their online order in-store free of charge. Orders that are placed before 2.00 pm will be available for collection in-store the next day Monday - Saturday (excluding furniture). Please bring proof of purchase when collecting.
All furniture items for click and collect will take between 7- 12 working days, and a member of our sales team will be in contact with you 48 hours after your purchase.
Payment
Payment authorisation is taken at the time you place your order online, and full payment is taken.
Order Holding Period
We will keep your order for 28 days. After this period we will contact you to either process a refund via your original method of payment or have the item/s returned. If for any reason you are unable to collect your order when it’s ready please contact us

Delivery Charges
Ireland
Orders of €70 and over: FREE OF CHARGE (Excluding VAT).
Orders under €70: Delivery will cost €5.00 (Excluding VAT).
Express Delivery Option (Ireland only): For orders placed Monday to Thursday before 1 PM, we offer express delivery for €9.99. Orders will be prioritized and dispatched on the same day.
Standard Delivery: We aim to dispatch all orders as promptly as possible, typically within 48 hours of purchase. However, dispatch times may vary depending on order volume.
UK
Flat Delivery Charge: €19.50 for all orders.
EU
After placing your order, we will calculate the delivery cost based on the specifics of your order and your location. We will then contact you with a delivery quote. If you choose not to accept the delivery quote, we understand completely. In this case, your order will be canceled, and a full refund will be processed promptly.
We can ship most of our products internationally for an additional shipping fee. If you would like us to provide a shipping quote, please email us at sales@stakelumstore.com with a list of the product(s) you are interested in and your full shipping address. We will reply within 24 hours Monday through Friday with your shipping quote!
Returns
We will happily refund or exchange any item purchased from www.stakelumstore.com
We reserve the right to charge a returns handling fee.
All goods must be unused, in a saleable condition, and in their original packaging.
Please notify us within 14 days should you wish to return any item(s) we have supplied. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount.
Furniture Delivery
Please be aware that all furniture comes assembled for customers. Our expert team can assemble on-site or deliver fully assembled. A member of the sales team will be in contact to organise delivery with you within 48 hours of your purchase. There is no extra charge for assembly however delivery of furniture takes 7- 9 working days.
Backorders
Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on backorder; you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date.
Should we receive no response from our e-mail we will assume that you wish to accept the goods on the date as specified.
If the delivery date is unacceptable please respond to our e-mail and we will cancel the backorder and either credit your credit card or, if you are an account customer, you will not be invoiced.
