Delivery & Returns





Once order is placed you be will sent a notification confirming your order has been received and is currently being processed 

You will then receive a notification confirming the order is on its way with our van or with AN Post for which you will receive a tracking number.

Please note it is part of our “Stakelum Promise” to have your order processed and delivered as soon as possible and to provide you with any necessary updates or communication with regards to your order.

Please note that certain special furniture products or out of print school books  require a slightly longer delivery time and you will be informed by e-mail of the alternative delivery date.


Furniture delivery items may also incur an additional delivery charge, of which you will be notified by e-mail, before the order is processed.

For orders of €60 and over in value: Delivery is FREE OF CHARGE

For orders under €60 in value: Delivery will cost €5.00(Both charges exclude VAT).



Minimum delivery charge is €16.99.


We can ship most of our products internationally for an additional shipping fee. If you would like us to provide a shipping quote, please email us at with a list of the product(s) you are interested in and your full shipping address. We will reply within 24 hours Monday through Friday with your shipping quote!

We reserve the right to charge a returns handling fee.

All goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging.

Please notify us within 14 days should you wish to return any item(s) we have supplied. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount.



Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on backorder; you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date.

Should we receive no response from our e-mail we will assume that you wish to accept the goods on the date as specified.
